Refund policy

At My Tiny Corner, each item is handmade just for you. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, significantly different from its description, or arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Please note:

• Natural variations, subtle imperfections, and small air bubbles are part of the eco-resin handmade process and are not considered faults.
• Colouring may vary slightly but not considered faulty and not  for a return or refund, if you have a specific idea in mind or need certain style please contact for further communications.
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return or refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
